Together P4M will help promote, organize and manage your event. Using the P4M website we sell, manage and promote ticket sales and provide backend reports of sales. P4M is on multiple platforms and will promote on all sites along side of you and your team. P4M can help design your flyers (up to 3). P4M Ambassadors arrive 30 minutes to set-up and stay 30 minutes at your events ending time to ASSIST in tear-down. Ambassadors assist throughout your event to insure the venue keeps the overall integrity of the venue for your guest. Buffer time is one hour before your event starts and 1 hour after your event ends. Weekday pricing includes Sunday-Thursday unless it falls on a holiday, then holiday pricing applies.
